Museums-East Bay Through August 8
AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSEUM AND LIBRARY AT OAKLAND The Oakland Public Library’s museum is designed to discover, preserve, interpret and share the cultural and historical experiences of African Americans in California and the West. In addition, a three-panel mural is on permanent display.

i do think you could get to 5'8 by next august if you keep eating healthy

ive asked the same question for quite a while, and you definetly have a valid point. If i went to a different country and someone said i was canadian american just because i'm white, i would be offended because i'm an american.

Seems to me like an accumulation of thousands of (young) fish, encountering plancton(food).
Otherwise, it could have been the rising/falling tide, causing a whirlpool-like motion in the waters, which occur only once at that very same spot during the rise or fall of the tide, because of the constant changing water level. At falling tide, for example, if the water has to pass through a formation of rocks that are still submerged and invisible, the waters on the surface start to move noticeably, and if the trapped water body is large, it may create a scary scenario, which is indeed seriously dangerous for any swimmers caught in it.
