It's not too late, I'm pretty sure that ROTC is a 2 year program. You can do it, and get paid to do it. Go talk to the ROTC at the college you want to transfer to, they'll give you the best information.

German is actually a very fun language, moreso than French. I consider no language to be useless as the more languages one speaks, the more people one is able to communicate with.
