Might I also suggest Fushigi Yugi (Mysterios play). It started as a shojo manga by Yu Watase and has also been adapted to an anime and a few OVA series. Its about two young girls that discover an ancient chinese book in the national library and soon find themselves included as part of the story. I don't want to spoil the plot, but it involves the older brother and a friend going to the library and using the OPAC to do some research to save the main heroine. The librarian even tells them to keep it down!

Dear David, We miss you on Canal Street. Business is down 70% since you stopped visiting. We’ve had to lay off half of your favorite girls and deflate the rest. Please come back soon. We’ll be leaving the red lights on for you.

It means that the business people think that the banks on Wall Street which have all the power need more rules about how they are loaning money

Right now the banks are not loaning money very much to small businesses and it is the small business such as your local dry cleaners, florist shop, automobile dealership, local dress shop or clothing store, hardware store, gas station, that make the economy work.

These small business people need loans to buy more equipment or expand the business and hire more people or build an addition to the business for example

Wall Street banks are not loaning them money to do these things and it is slowing the economy

And the Wall Street banks are paying their corporate presidents and top executives lots of big bonuses but they are not doing anything to loan money to help small business

Hope that helps

Chin Na is a crap shoot. So no, probably not. I think many grappling arts that came after Wing Chun (or Kung Fu in general) had a chance to refine the Chinese techniques. Don't get me wrong – I loved the YMAA Chin Na, however, we did some things that I often questioned myself.

Also some Chin Na that you see looks hokey but it actually works. Sifu had 10 years in it and could pull off stuff on a moving target that I could not. I have heard it criticized in that “who wants to take 10 years to learn techniques that may work in a pinch?” I can't argue with that if you are looking for a quicker path to self-defense.

Final note: Under the right conditions I'd go back to Chin Na in a heartbeat! I learned much about joint manipulation that you can do “quick and dirty” in a pinch! Re: YMMA Chin Na sifu always said it's a great supplement for any martial art but he did not recommend it as your sole art.
